Which one would you be?
I was so incredibly busy at work today, that my mind wandered into a scary place that I don’t often like to venture. I’m not a big fan of bugs, insects, arachnids, or any other creepy crawlies, so this question would not ordinarily occur to me, but I was, for some reason, intrigued. What bug would I be if I could?
Spider? Hmmmmm, kinda scary with all its crazy legs, and multiple beady eyeball things….uhhh - No.
Centipede/millipede? Well, there are lots of legs, so I could then own lots and lots of shoes, but still no, kinda creepy and crawly, and I don’t much care for the wormy movements.
Pill bug? I could roll into a ball and play dead at a moment’s notice, and have the exoskeleton that resembles some mechanical wonders, but still, having multiple legs, no real head, and some gross tentacle-looking things wouldn’t really do it for me.
Butterfly? Such a wonderful, pretty, soft, girlie thing that I’m sure all 1.5 readers out there would agree that this suits me about as much as a pink tutu, ruffles, mary janes, and a huge lollipop the size of my head… okay - it just doesn’t. Uhhh, nice try, but nope, not my style.
Hmmmm, I guess I would have to go for the stick bug. They are so incredibly stealth - you can’t see them in the wild, and you can barely tell they’re around unless they move. 007 Stick Bug. I could go for that - plus the predators just can’t seem to find them. fun times….
